Artisanal workshop based in Foggia in Apulia. The story began in 1881 in a southern village of Italy. Originally, Rocco Marone started the making of handmade hats. In 1960, that is to say 80 years after its founding, the business took another dimension in particular with its resumption by the son.
The latter opened the first Marone shop in Foggia while keeping on searching and perfecting the brand's creations. The house, thanks to authentic productions of quality, could diversify and develop by building its success on human values and in the love of the craft.
Today, Marone Hats has a production capacity of almost 50 000 pieces per year. This expansion, in spite of the use of latest generation machines, is made by paying particular attention to details and to quality. Their headgear stand out consequently by their beautiful, refined and guaranteed look. However, the primary values of the business remain present within the production process with the manufacture that is still essentially hand-made.
